Persephone now supports merging entities. This allows collecting multiple database tables, from one database provider or more, into a single entity.

As part of this a bit of internal changes to the generator and generated entities has been done. This should also clarify a few more corner cases (of which I could not find a breaking example though).

There are still some limitations however and therefore I won't give an example yet. There are likely also several unusual cases. For the most part however abnormal behaviour has been avoided simply by defining the merge in terms of its behaviour with respect to the merged entities.
