Get a binary

The package can be obtained at http://code.google.com/p/perseph/downloads/list↗. Simply expand that and skip the build step.

tar xjf persephone-78.tar.bz2

Download/Build

If you wish to have the absolute latest version, or can't use the binaries, you can download and build Persephone yourself.

PHP Setup

You will need to have the "php_support" directory available as "persephone" in the PHP include path. Under linux you can do this easily with with a symbolic link.

cd /usr/share/php
ln -s /opt/persephone/php_support persephone

Under windows you can use the program Junction↗ to do the same thing. Otherwise you can copy the "php_support" directory to the "persephone" directory in the PHP, or PEAR, directory.

junction.exe C:\PHP\includes\persephone C:\opt\persephone\php_support
